At The Current, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Because we operate as a sustainable, "made-to-order" brand, we do not keep stock on hand and cannot offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@thecurrent.com.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

You must provide a clear photo of the damage or the printing error.
Sizing Since each hoodie is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizes. We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page—please review it carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Lost Packages For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Refunds (If Applicable) Once we verify your claim of a defect or damage, we will notify you if a replacement or refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
